Q.  Do you offer sports massage?
A.  Yes, I offer sports massage.

Q.  What types of training do you offer?
A.  Weight loss management, Nordic walking, resistance training, aerobics, boxing, core conditioning, running, kickboxing, sports specific training, swimming. Please call for entire list.



Q.  Where will you train me?
A.  In your home, in the park, your place of work and selected gyms and pools.



Q.  Do I need equipment?
A.  No, all equipment is supplied by myself.

 



Q.  Can I train with a friend or two?
A.  Yes, and I offer special rates.

 



Q.  Can you give nutritional advice?
A.  Yes , I offer complete nutritional advice.
