I'm 75 years old, this does not stop me getting out doors into the fresh air with Kristian. I really enjoy our Nordic walking sessions in the woods not only is it good for my heart and muscles but it also enriches my soul, I enjoy our sessions very much Kristian is a great trainer and after each session I feel reinvigorated. Since starting Nordic walking with Kristian I have stopped smoking and shed 1 stone of unessacery fat.

 After years of doing absolutely no exercise I started training with Kristian.
At your first meeting you sit down with him to discuss what your goals are, and he takes note of your particular likes or dislikes regarding exercise. He then works out your personal training plan which will enable you to achieve those goals in the given time frame. Every week he arrives punctually with a properly constructed itinerary of what that session will entail. Even when it snows!
Kristian says that the sessions should be enjoyable and he certainly does his best to make them fun and varied rather than something to dread. He's professional, really easy to chat to, good company and is always very encouraging - even with your most minor achievement.
I needed that extra motivational push to drag myself out running again after years of doing next to no exercise. Kristian does motivate you and with his help I recently ran my first 5k race.

Kristian's finally got me active after decades of sitting on my backside doing nothing. His approach is tailored to working with you, keeping you motivated and ever improving your performance, session by session. It's only been a few weeks but the changes, both phyiscally and mentally, have been amazing.

The sessions are made all the more enjoyable by Kristians encouragement and motivation conversations about his belief that Jamie Oliver is an Olympic Ping Pong champion has made those 5 mile runs much more enjoyable!

    I have gone from a person who did absolutely no exercise whatsoever to someone who now runs 3 times a week and averages 15 miles. I am now able to run in 10k races with almost a spring in my step but definitely a smile on my face, all of this is down to Kristian. I initially booked him for 10 sessions to get me started. We sat down and discussed my goals! I didn't know I had any! and after 10 weeks I entered my first 10k race. Not only did I enjoy it but the sense of achievement when I crossed the finishing line was wonderful. I then decided that I wanted to continue as I get so much satisfaction out of these sessions. Due to Kristian I am now motivated to run on my own twice a week, the sessions are always tailored to my ability. I always stretch myself but never over do it and always come away feeling motivated, healthy (in body and spirit), energised and thrilled that my day has started in such a positive way. The reason I enjoy my sessions and get so much out of them is that Kristian is a great motivator and trainer, I can't praise him highly enough. If I can call myself a runner then with Kristian's help so can you.
